We Can Save Them All
Spaying and Neutering
Spaying and Neutering is one of the greatest gifts you can give your pet, your family and community. Through our outreach program PUPS focuses on finding low income families that need help with getting their dogs and cats spayed or neutered. We search out these people through community outreach, owners selling puppies at low cost and side of the road sales. By providing this service we hope people see that pet care doesn't have to be an inconvenience or a financial burden. If you know someone who could benefit from this service please ask them to contact us.
Around 2.7 million adoptable dogs and cats are euthanized each year in the United States simply because too many people give up their pets, and too few people adopt. The number of euthanized animals could be reduced dramatically if more people adopted pets instead of buying them. When you adopt an animal you allow that rescue group to help that current animal and then go save another animal.
If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs we require an application to be filled out, a meet and greet with the pet and family and a home inspection prior to the pet's adoption. While this process may seem extreme many dogs are returned to foster homes after adopted out and by going through this process we hope to eliminate dogs being returned. The adoption fee will cover the animals microchip, spaying/neutering, rabies vaccination and any other necessary medical care that needs to be done prior to adoption. If an animal is adopted and not yet old enough to be spayed/neutered you will be required to do so and show proof of the procedure.
